一、知识和能力目标本单元的核心教学内容是“认物”。用英语确认周围的常见事物比较符合英语初学者的实际情况。通过本单元教学，使学生运用所学句型，去熟悉周围事物的名称；教学生学会在实际生活中如何确认事物。通过辨认物体，学生学到一些生词，并巩固所学句型。二、过程和方法目标教师要尽量使学生对课文中出现的句型能够熟练上口，这样，学生才能顺利开展比较灵活的对话。教师可以用手势，表情，动作等示意，帮助学生听懂课堂教学内容，但在实际操作中应尽量避免“明知故问”的倾向，应该采用应用性原则；如：遮盖物品、显露局部、辨认物体、完形识别、图形辨认等方法。三、情感态度和价值观目标目标在学生学习过程中的作用至关重要，教师要帮助他们建立起一个切合自己实际的目标，通过渐进的学习以及一点一滴的进步，使他们逐步建立起成功感。成功越多，自信心就越强。

一、知识和能力目标本单元要求学生掌握英文字母A—H，能认读其印刷体和手写体字母的大小写等四种形式。书写(大写和小写，笔顺，笔画)基本合乎要求。能看,听，说本单元所列的日常交际用语，重点学会打招呼，并做到语音语调正确。注意一些字母及日常交际用语的发音，提醒学生不要将C／si：／发成／sei:／; ?/发成/e?/，也不要将Good?H /e ／等。??????'????说成／???????'???morning／二、过程和方法目标教师要尽量用英语组织教学。充分利用课堂的40分钟，不讲或少讲汉语，尽量给学生创造英语情景。教师可以用手势，表情，动作等示意，帮助学生听懂课堂用语和日常交际用语，第一次介绍某个用语时，说英语，加译文及手势，以后可酌情省去译文，最后只说英语，逐步让学生听懂。

（四）教具的安排和使用依据英语教学的直观性，趣味性、实践性的教学原则，结合合作学习和任务型教学的新理念，我利用了照片、头饰、幻灯、录音、卡片、竞赛板、等媒体设计教学，学生则利用自制的头饰、家庭照等媒体积极参与教学活动。三．教学程序分析整个教学程序我采用了唱、听、说、玩、演一系列的教学活动，具体设计为热身——新知——趣味操练——巩固练习——总结Step1 课前热身幻灯放映并演唱family songStep 2、新知导入1）教师幻灯出示几张自己的家庭及朋友的照片并介绍This is some photos of my family or my friends. 一 教材分析 本单元旨在创造一个轻松、愉快的学习、交流环境，通过听、说、读、写来培养学生综合运用所学知识的能力。并让学生能在“做中学”(learning by doing)，通过有限的课堂实践活动，使学生能根据实际情景做出正确的反应，能准确表达。本单元是人教版新目标英语七年级( 上 )第八单元。主要围绕“When is your birthday?”这一主题展开各种教学活动，这是本单元的重点部分，也是核心教学，主要学习日期的表达。它上承的数字教学，包含了相关日期的英语教学，并为以后的日期的运用打下基础。因此本单元是前后知识的载体，在本单元以及今后的英语学习中都占重要的地位。 二．学习目标本单元总体目标 通过本单元的学习让学生掌握所学目标语言；学会日期 ( 年、月、日 ) 的表达法；在互动的交流中理解生日更多的含义并学会谈论自己、同学以及父母家人的生日：学会自己安排作息时间。

本单元主要学习一周中星期一到星期天的表达方式；掌握学科的表达；学习用because和表示品质的形容词表示理由；学习what，why，who引导的特殊疑问句。本单元围绕“谈论自己所喜欢的学科”这一话题，设计了三个任务型活动：任务一是：谈论自己所喜欢的学科，学习what引导的特殊疑问句和学科的表达；任务二是：一分钟演讲，让学生介绍自己喜欢某一学科的理由，学习why等特殊疑问句；任务三是：写信，巩固和延伸所学知识，掌握星期的表达方式。单元知识系统(树)What’s your／his／her favorite subject? Home workRevise and preparation for unit 2.教学反思：通过本单元的学习，学生基本可以谈论人们的国籍，居住城市及其所说的语言，通过书信方式去介绍自己并寻找笔友。但在涉及到国外的一些城市时，学生对这方面的知识相对欠缺，能介绍的城市并不多，也反应出学生课前预习不充分，这跟学生学习条件也有关，大多数学生无法通过网络获取所需信息。因此，在以后的教学中要多指导学生通过计算机网络获取信息，拓宽知识面。

“Go for it!” is based on “Task-Based Language Teaching”. It adheres to “The authenticity principle”, “The form-function principle”, “The task dependency principle” and “The principle of learning by doing”. These principles all accord with the demands of curriculum focus.In and of Grade Seven (II), “Go for it!”, students have learned “The Simple Past Tense”. And it appears again in of Grade Eight (I). teaches students more about how to talk about events in the past. In addition, it gives affirmative and negative statements in the past tense, such as the sentence patterns “Did you see …?” “Were there …?” “Did you go …?” As the first part of Unit 8, Section A opens with a picture presenting the last school trip in the aquarium and continues with several step-by-step practice activities, which are all good for students to master “The Simple Past Tense”. Doing well in Section A will help students integrate the new target language with that in Section B. Thus, they can describe the events in the past freely and foster their own ability of reflecting and practicing. II. 七、教学反思Go for it! Starter 是整个教材的预备篇，教学内容虽不复杂，但是教师的责任却不小。除了处理好本单元的教学重难点之外，教师要下功夫设计添近学生生活、符合学生认知水平和心理特点的教学形式和方法，让那些初涉英语学习的学生从一开始打心眼里喜欢英语。教无定法，学无止境。新教材对我们英语教师提出了更新、更高、更全的要求。例如，在Group work Draw the picture of your name and talk about it，学生有可能会问教师许多有关房间设施的名词，这是学生主动学习的表现，教师应给予极大的鼓励。但是，也对教师提出了很高的要求。教师要有一定的前瞻意识，事先做好充分的准备，就能相对从容地面对突如其来的问题，也就是在课前准备上下功夫。做一个会动脑筋的教师，就能 培养出一个爱动脑筋的学生；做一个有创造意识的教师，就能培养出有创造力的学生。同时，教师还要有整体把握教材的意识。

1.课堂活动中的竞赛制：以记奖评优的形式无声的评价每一个活动，包括个体和小群体。在第一课时评最佳演员和导演奖，第二课时评最佳团体奖，既节约时间又明确有效。使学生能提高语言质量，增强参与意识，提高学习兴趣。2. 教师课堂上语言、表情激励制：在课堂活动中教师要乐于 、善于用激励性语言。从good, super, smart, excellent , great ,wonderful等，用微笑，皱眉，摇头、点头等身体语言对于学生的评价是方便又有效的途径。3.课后作业评价：口头作业在第二天课堂上表演，接受全体同学的评价。笔头作业有教师批阅，以评语的方式出现。优秀作业予以展出或交流。积极地肯定和鼓励学生是我们评价的重要目的之一。4.单元结束后综合性评价:除了笔试以外，也可以根据学生实际开展丰富的活动，如：调查报告、小品表演、专题演讲等。
